The full cost of the video shoot, editing, campaign setup, tracking and funnels is covered by me, because I'd rather prove the system works than ask you to take my word for it. You cover your ad spend directly with Meta, and I only get paid when the campaigns actually generate installs for you.

Lead quality is the whole point of the video approach - someone who's watched you walk through a real install is a different prospect to someone who clicked a price ad. But no one can promise every enquiry is perfect, so that's exactly why we only get payed per install, and back the campaigns with our guarantees.

We can't offer absolute area exclusivity, and we'd be lying if we said we did. What we do instead is manage where and how many installers we work with, based on whether campaigns would actually end up competing for the same homeowners.In a dense area, two installers can advertise without ever really overlapping. Somewhere sparsely populated, they'd be bidding for the same handful of people, and both would get worse results for it.So the rule is simple. If taking on a new installer would damage the results of someone we're already working with, we don't take them on. It makes no commercial sense for us to win a new client at the cost of an existing one, when getting campaigns performing is the expensive part in the first place.

No. Early on it's month-to-month - you can walk away whenever. After a few months working together we'll look at a longer commitment, but only once we've both proved the relationship works.

Meta ads typically start generating leads within the first day or two of going live, sometimes within hours. Google usually takes a few days longer as the algorithm needs time to find its rhythm. From there, performance compounds as the system learns who is actually booking installs. Because we feed real sale data back into your campaigns, they get sharper at finding your next customer with every job you close.

Most installers aren't, and that's fine. This isn't a polished TV ad. We keep it casual and film in short takes, just you on a job, talking about your work the way you would to a customer on their driveway. It should feel like it was filmed down the road, because it was. I'll guide you through it, and I'm confident I can get you looking like a natural. That's why we also add a final outing for you, if you genuinely don't like how the videos turn out after our shoot, you can walk away, completely free, and the footage never gets used anywhere.
